Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Conversational Bot Engineer with 4–7 years of experience in building and deploying AI-driven chatbots and virtual assistants. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Dialogflow, NLP concepts, and backend integration using Python or Node.js.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow.

Implement NLP / NLU models for intent recognition, entity extraction, and conversation flow.

Integrate bots with web, mobile, and third-party applications.

Develop backend services using Python or Node.js.

Optimize chatbot performance, scalability, and user experience.

Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
