If you love turning marketing ideas into scroll-stopping, high-performing ad creatives (meta) and experimenting with AI-powered design tools, this role is for you

As a Performance Creative Design intern, you’ll work on live Meta campaigns , learn fast-paced, data-driven design workflows, and gain practical exposure to market-tested creatives - not just on mockups.

You'll develop a strong, results-oriented portfolio with real feedback and real campaign impact.

What You’ll Do

Design high-performing Meta ad creatives, social posts, thumbnails & infographics

Transform marketing concepts into visuals that drive clicks and conversions

Apply strong branding, colour theory, and visual communication skills

Tools You’re Comfortable With (Any)

Core Tools : Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.

AI Tools : Midjourney, DALL

• E, Firefly, Runway ML, Gemini, Veo, Nano Banana, Canva AI, Stable Diffusion, etc.

Bonus Points : Experience designing ad creatives for EdTech or product companies
