      Plusvibe.ai is on a mission to revolutionize cold outreach automation tools by providing unlimited email inboxes, warm-up for all accounts, built-in prospect email verification, data enrichment, AI campaign assistance, and more.

      Role Description

      This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Customer Support at Plusvibe. This person will be responsible for providing technical support to users, ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing customer issues, and communicating effectively with the development team.

    • What You’ll Do : Answer user questions about our SaaS.
    • Quickly spot if an issue is a bug.
    • Write help articles and FAQs.
    • Set up CS processes
    • What You Need :

    • Technical background (can diagnose issues, not just follow scripts).
    • Strong spoken & written English.
    • Experience in SaaS support is a must
    • Experience in Community Building would be a plus
