Job Description :

Viptela / Meraki / Silver Peak / VeloCloud / Juniper

• Hands-on Experience in Network Monitoring and Alert Management
• Experience in troubleshooting transport layer issue (WAN Link)
• Experience working on Large global MPLS / SD-WAN Projects
• Exposure on uCPE, WAN accelerators, Firewall technologies
• Ability to work with customers in activating services
• Planning, designing, and creating supporting documentation upgrades and increased network security
• Implementation experience of SD-WAN on platform like Versa, Cisco-Viptela & Meraki MX, Velocloud, Fortinet etc.
• Designing and implementing new network solutions and / or improving the efficiency of current networks
• Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment
• Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
• Arranging scheduled upgrades
• Investigating faults in the network
• Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases

Reporting network status to key stakeholders
