Client Relationship Executive

Zerogravity Albums is expanding our team!

We’re looking for a Client Relationship Executive who can build strong partnerships with photographers and studios, manage album orders, and ensure smooth communication across design & production.

🔹 Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain strong relationships with photographers, studios, and partners

Understand client requirements & coordinate with design / production teams

Handle daily WhatsApp, phone, and email communication

Track album orders, delivery timelines, and follow-ups

Assist clients with queries, revisions & updates

Maintain CRM / client database

Support the sales team during meetings and studio visits

Ensure high-quality customer experience from order to delivery

Identify opportunities to upsell premium album products

🔹 What We’re Looking For

1-2 Years exp in cold calling.

Good communication skills (English & Tamil)

Friendly, positive, and client-focused attitude

Ability to multitask and coordinate between teams

Previous experience in client servicing or sales coordination preferred

Knowledge of photography / album industry is an added advantage
