🦺 We're Hiring : Safety Officer – Mumbai Central

📍 Location : Mumbai
📁 Department : Projects
👤 Reporting To : Safety Head
📅 Experience : 6–8 years
🎓 Education : Graduate + Diploma in Industrial Safety / NEBOSH / OHS / M.Tech in Safety
🔧 Key Responsibilities :
- Identify high-risk activities and implement EHSM systems across sites
- Conduct safety training, toolbox talks (TBT), and regular safety reviews
- Ensure compliance with government safety regulations and health department rules
- Maintain first-aid facilities and oversee fumigation / pest control activities
- Guide site teams, supervisors, and security staff on safety protocols
- Ensure incident reporting and follow-up on corrective actions
- Orient new hires to our safety standards
- Prepare and maintain SOPs for health and safety
- Manage injury and claims processes in coordination with operating units
- Ensure safety signage is placed and maintained across sites
