• Control of NC product as SOP.
• Communication of supplier quality issues & tracking closure.
• Improve VPPM.
• Segregation of mixed part & resolution as per part Identification.
• 100% inspection of parts in case of customer complaint resolution.
• Maintain the all the quality records as per IMS requirement.
• Communication to concern dealers, CC Team, buyer, section in charge for issues.
• Documents & Record updating as per defined format & frequency
