Experience Requirements Assistant Professor 0 to 5 years of teaching / research / industry experience. Ph.D. with First Class or equivalent in the preceding degree in the appropriate discipline. Strong academic record throughout. Associate Professor Minimum 6 years of teaching / research / industry experience. Evidence of quality publications, research guidance, or professional contributions. Professor Minimum 10 years of teaching / research / industry experience, Preferably from a reputed foreign institution or institutions of comparable global standards.
