Support for KTBR , KTBE , Consulting , Requirements Development , Configuration and Code Development , Dev Ops-CI / CD , QA Testing on the current PARIS Salesforce Org including integration touchpoint to adjacent owned systems such as ELM, TULIP, RSF and enterprise data systems provided by IT (PO / Invoicing, Contracts, AGS, Mulesoft, Apigee, Azure, etc)
- Technical Debt Discovery and Remediation Efforts
- Platform Optimization based on researched Salesforce and Intel BKMs
- Understand business requirements in collaboration with Intel project team and business stakeholders
- Deliver scope in collaboration with Product Owner and Stakeholders
- Develop customer portal user experience enhancements
- Plan and Conduct Unit, Functional and end to end integration testing
- Develop and adapt a team scrum model in partnership with the product owner(s) / Intel project lead
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flow Builder
- Configure and maintain Salesforce environments, including user management, security settings, and data integrity
