With a strong commitment to engineering excellence and timely project execution, the company is expanding its leadership team for upcoming infrastructure projects in North India.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of infrastructure development projects (roads, bridges, utilities, or civil structures).
Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project approvals and compliance.
Prepare and review project estimates, budgets, DPRs, BOQs, and technical documentation.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality standards, and statutory regulations across all project sites.
Supervise site operations, track progress, and resolve technical or operational challenges.
Manage vendor negotiations, material procurement, and contract administration.
Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Lead cross-functional project teams and mentor junior engineers and supervisors.
Provide regular MIS reports and project updates to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

7+ years of experience in infrastructure project execution or project management.

Proven expertise in handling government or large-scale EPC projects.

Strong knowledge of project planning tools (MS Project / Primavera) and quality standards.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with regulatory approvals, tendering, and contract laws.

Preferred Background :

Experience in road / highway, drainage, or public infrastructure projects.

Exposure to Smart City / Urban Infrastructure / PMGSY / NHAI / PWD projects.

Ability to travel and handle on-site responsibilities across multiple locations.
