Job Location- Gurgaon

Shifts- US Shifts (6 PM to 3 AM)

Job Purpose

We are looking for a passionate, energetic individual to join our Lending Operations division. You will be part of the team working as an extension to our US based client ensuring we fulfill the applicable SLA’s. The Loan Operations Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end loan closing, funding, and boarding activities across various loan products including new originations, renewals, modifications, and extensions. This role ensures accurate documentation, compliance with closing instructions, and timely disbursement and booking of loans into the core system.

Key Responsibilities

• Loan Closing & Documentation
• Generate loan documents for all product types (New, Renewals, Modifications, Extensions) using LaserPro
• Review signed documentation and validate loan closing items.
• Complete and validate Closing Instructions (CI) for BHG, Equipment Leasing, and Warehouse loans.
• Record and maintain tickler items for post-closing follow-up.
• Loan Funding & Boarding
• Perform loan boarding / booking activities including Standby Letters of Credit (LC) into the core system – AFS Vision
• Execute fund disbursement for all loan types in accordance with approved instructions.
• Post-Closing & Compliance
• Maintain vault files and ensure proper documentation storage.

Scan and archive signed loan documents, Credit Closing Records (CCRs), and other relevant materials. etc)
