We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and delivering effective talent programs, processes, resources, and tools.
- Talent Attraction & Engagement :
- Manage existing Global and Local Talent Programs (GMT, FLP, SVP, SCVP, MVP, Summer Internship) and develop local programs to attract top talent and retain future company leaders.
- Design and implement strategies to enhance talent attraction and retention, including developing training programs for line managers.
- Develop and manage budgets for talent acquisition initiatives.
- People Operations :
- Design policies and procedures for Talent Acquisition, onboarding, induction, and exit interviews.
- Implement centralized recruitment processes to streamline talent acquisition and improve efficiency.
- Key Responsibilities :
