Key Responsibilities :
Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles across tech, product, business, and operations.
Handle high-volume hiring needs efficiently while maintaining quality of hire.
Source for niche and hard-to-fill roles, including specialized technical positions and leadership-level hires.
Lead recruitment efforts for corporate functions such as finance, legal, HR, and marketing.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define sourcing strategies, and identify top talent.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience across all recruitment touchpoints.
Conduct structured interviews and contribute to continuous improvement of the interview process.
Qualifications & Requirements :
3+ years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment.
Proven success hiring for volume, niche, and corporate roles across different functions and levels.
Experience recruiting for both tech and non-tech roles (B2B / B2C / startup or high-growth environment preferred).
Proficiency in sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced setup.
