Job Description :

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI, with a strong focus on NLP technologies.
• Strong proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as Tensor Flow, Py Torch, or Hugging Face.
• Strong proficiency in python programming language.
• Experience working with modern NLP models, including transformers (BERT, GPT, T5, etc.).
• Expertise in NLP techniques such as named entity recognition (NER), text classification.
• Expertise in fine tuning Foundation models and Small Language models.
• Knowledge in prompt engineering and concepts of building AI agents.
• Proficiency & Hands on experience in Python and experience with NLP libraries such as spa Cy, NLTK, and Open AI APIs.
• Experience in handling large-scale datasets and building robust data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of model evaluation, bias mitigation, and ethical AI principles.
• Familiarity with one of the cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for model deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to drive AI initiatives from concept to production.
