About the Job – We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion PDH Functional Consultant with over 10 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations, specifically focusing on Product Data Hub (PDH). The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion PDH, strong business process knowledge, and hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, data governance, and master data management

Job Title - Sr Team Lead

Location : All Birlasoft Locations

Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Key Responsibilities -

• Lead and manage Oracle Fusion PDH implementations and enhancements.
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to product data management.
• Design and configure Oracle Fusion PDH modules to meet business needs.
• Define and implement product data governance and standardization processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, manufacturing, and IT.
• Develop functional specifications, test cases, and training documentation.
• Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for business users and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with data quality standards and regulatory requirements.
