Job Overview
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to expand and strengthen our Channel Partner (CP) network in Bangalore . This is a high-ownership role where you will drive new home sales, build long-term relationships with channel partners, and create strong engagement through meetings, events, and activations.
The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-driven sales professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is committed to delivering results.
Roles & Responsibilities
Build and expand a strong Channel Partner (CP) network in Bangalore.
Drive new home sales by sourcing deals from channel partners.
Conduct regular CP meetings and onboard new partners in assigned micro-markets.
Ensure retention and engagement with existing CPs by providing proactive support.
Continuously grow the base of active & engaged channel partners .
Identify and nurture the right CPs for focused real estate projects.
Plan, organize, and execute workshops, events, and partner engagement activities .
Handle partner queries, resolve complaints, and ensure smooth collaboration.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2–3 years of experience in sales / business development (real estate preferred).
Experience in channel partner management is an added advantage.
Excellent communication & relationship management skills.
Strong field orientation – two-wheeler is mandatory .
Consistent career history with 1–2 appraisals in the same organization preferred.
