Job description2–3 years of hands-on experience in video editing (agency or in-house). Graduate in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field from a reputable university or design institute preferred. Proficiency in Premiere Pro , After Effects , Final Cut Pro , DaVinci Resolve , or equivalent tools. Familiarity with tools like CapCut Pro , Runway , Descript , or Topaz AI (a plus). Strong sense of visual rhythm, storytelling, and sound design. Knowledge of aspect ratios, resolutions, and export settings for different platforms. Ability to work fast and maintain quality especially under tight deadlines. A keen eye for framing, lighting, and pacing. Interest in business, fintech, or startup storytelling (a plus). You don’t just cut you tell stories. You understand when to go bold and when to stay minimal. You ask questions before you edit — because the “why” matters more than effects. You take feedback as a tool, not a setback.
What You’ll Do
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn clips) for BeFiSc and Fineye.
- Work closely with the marketing team on scripts, storyboards, and direction.
- Add motion graphics, captions, and sound design to elevate each video.
- Maintain visual and tonal consistency with BeFiSc’s brand language.
- Repurpose existing long-form content (podcasts, event clips, interviews) into bite-sized edits.
- Optimise exports for each platform (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).
- Manage the video archive, naming conventions, and project folders.
- Collaborate with designers and marketers for campaign-based storytelling.
