Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology and innovation initiatives. The CTO will be responsible for defining the companys technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving innovation to maintain a competitive edge. This role involves overseeing product development, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technology adoption while managing high-performing technical teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement the companys overall technology vision and strategy.
Lead software development, IT operations, and product engineering to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to improve products, services, and processes.
Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of technology systems and infrastructure.
Collaborate with the executive team to align technology initiatives with business goals and growth strategies.
Build and mentor a high-performing technology team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
Manage the companys technology budget, vendor relationships, and IT investments.
Oversee data management, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
Establish and enforce best practices, standards, and compliance requirements (security, regulatory,

and industry-specific).

Represent the company as a technology thought leader in client meetings, conferences, and industry forums.

Key Skills & Competencies :

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Deep knowledge of software development, IT infrastructure, and emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics).

Proven experience in scaling technology systems and teams in a growing business.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to balance innovation with operational :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

12+ years of progressive experience in IT / technology roles, with at least 5+ years in a leadership position.

Experience in developing and executing technology roadmaps for mid-to-large scale companies.

Proven track record in cloud technologies, cybersecurity, software architecture, and product

innovation.
