Role Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Call Center Representative to join our team during the night shift. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to handle various customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment. As a Night Shift Call Center Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Interaction : Answer inbound calls from customers regarding product or service inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing timely solutions.
- Issue Resolution : Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Escalation : Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level management or relevant departments as needed.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with other team members and supervisors to ensure quality service during night hours.
- Adherence to KPIs : Meet and exceed individual performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and response times.
Qualifications :
Experience : Prior experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role is preferred but not required.Skills :Strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProblem-solving and conflict resolution skillsProficiency call center systemsAvailability : Must be available to work the night shift hours and handle late-night customer queries.Technical : Basic computer skills and experience with call center technology is a plus.Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.Working Conditions :
This position requires working overnight hours (10 : 00 PM - 6 : 00 AM, or similar).Shift schedules may vary based on business needs and are subject to change.Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.Occasional weekend shifts may be required.Benefits :
