What we are looking for :

  • 5-8 years of experience in graphic design with work across digital and traditional channels
  • Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and comfort with AI-powered

design / imaging tools.

  • Ability to balance speed with quality, adapting designs quickly while maintaining craft.
  • Strong foundation in typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and storytelling through design.
  • Clear communicator with strong presentation skills — able to explain creative decisions

    • while delivering files.

  • Consumer-first mindset : ability to empathize with the end-user and design for clarity,

    • resonance, and impact.

  • Comfortable working in both Hindi and English to create culturally relevant communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
