Salary : 8.4 - 12 LPA

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage Talent Acquisition strategy across Pan India operations.
• Responsible for developing and executing HR Recruitment strategic plans aligned with business goals.
• Workforce planning and manpower forecasting for various business units across locations.
• Build and manage strong hiring pipelines for critical and niche requirements.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and supply the best talent within defined timelines.
• Strong experience in Pan India Talent Acquisition management.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing channels hiring market trends and recruitment analytics
