The O pportunity

We are seeking a talented Android POS (Point of Sale) Developer to join our dynamic team. As an Android POS Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining innovative POS solutions for Android platforms. Your primary focus will be on creating seamless and intuitive user experiences, ensuring reliability and security, and integrating with various payment gateways and backend systems.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities ​

• Develop high-quality Android POS applications from concept to deployment.
• Review code and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.
• Build robust and scalable solutions that meet business requirements and user needs.
• Run tests and perform debugging to ensure the performance, reliability, and responsiveness of applications.
• Lead development efforts by setting technical direction, defining architecture, and mentoring team members.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to prioritize tasks and deliver features on time.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs in the codebase and implement effective solutions to address them.
• Integrate with external APIs and payment gateways securely to facilitate seamless transactions.
• Work closely with UX / UI designers to translate design concepts into intuitive interfaces and enhance user experience.
• Maintain code integrity and organization through effective use of version control systems.
