Job Overview :

We are looking for an energetic and smart HR Recruiter (Fresher) to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, basic understanding of hiring processes, and the ability to coordinate effectively with candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment for technical & non-technical positions.
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement understanding.
• Maintain candidate trackers, databases, and hiring reports.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates and support onboarding processes.
• Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal teams.
