Job Description – Full Stack Developer (React.js, Next.js, Node.js)

Position Title : Full Stack Developer

Experience Required : 1–3 years

Location : Hyderabad

Employment Type : Full-time

Joining : Immediate joiners preferred

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer with React.js, Next.js (with SEO optimization skills), and Node.js expertise. The candidate will work on developing high-performance, SEO-friendly web applications and scalable backend services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using React.js and Next.js .
  • Implement SEO best practices in Next.js applications (server-side rendering, meta tags, structured data, performance optimization).
  • Build and manage RESTful APIs and backend services with Node.js / Express.js .
  • Work with databases (MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL) for efficient data management.
  • Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize performance across frontend and backend.
  • Collaborate with UI / UX designers, product managers, and QA teams for smooth delivery.
  • Stay updated on the latest frontend / backend and SEO trends to improve application quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in :
  • Frontend : React.js, Next.js (SSR & SSG), Redux / Context API, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
  • SEO : Knowledge of on-page SEO, Core Web Vitals, performance optimization, structured data, sitemap, and meta tags within Next.js.
  • Backend : Node.js, Express.js.
  • Experience with databases (MongoDB preferred; MySQL / PostgreSQL a plus).
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Version control with Git / GitHub / GitLab .
  • Basic understanding of cloud deployment (AWS / Azure / GCP) and CI / CD pipelines is a plus.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
