About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR & Operations Executive to manage and streamline our human resources and administrative processes. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end hiring, employee onboarding, compliance, documentation, payroll, and general HR operations to ensure smooth internal workflows and adherence to policies.
Key Responsibilities
Hiring & Onboarding
- Manage the entire recruitment process , including posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters.
- Conduct and coordinate employee onboarding , ensuring all documentation is collected and verified.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records in compliance with company and legal standards.
Contracts & Compliance
Draft, review, and manage employee contracts , NDAs, and other HR-related agreements.Ensure all HR operations comply with local labor laws and internal policies .Maintain detailed and confidential HR documentation and files .Payroll & Attendance
Handle salary management , including processing monthly payroll and reimbursements.Maintain and update attendance, leave, and absence sheets accurately.Coordinate with finance or external accountants for invoice management and salary disbursement .Administration & Operations
Support general administrative and operational functions as required.Prepare and organize employee and vendor documentation , ensuring data accuracy.Assist in HR audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration , or related field.2+ years of experience in HR operations, administration, or similar roles.Strong knowledge of HR documentation, payroll processes, and compliance .Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace; HRMS experience preferred.Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.What We Offer
