This role will focus on strengthening relationships with existing customers, amplifying success stories, and driving cross-sell and up-sell campaigns that contribute directly to revenue. Skills And Expertise

2. Proven success in designing and executing customer marketing programs at scale.
3. Strong storytelling and content creation skills for impactful customer case studies.
4. Excellent communication and CXO-level relationship management skills.
5. Experience with CRM tools, marketing automation, and data analytics.
Preferred Attributes
1. Hands-on experience with customer reference programs.
2. Exposure to customer-centric events and advocacy platforms.
3. Knowledge of the Source-to-Pay or Procurement domain (preferred, not mandatory).
