Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Shareholder at ZeroPi Tech Solutions Private Limited. The role involves overseeing and contributing to key decisions and strategies that drive the company's growth and innovation. The Shareholder will collaborate with stakeholders, participate in executive-level discussions, and guide long-term business objectives. Responsibilities include contributing to financial planning, strategic initiatives, and ensuring overall organizational success.

Qualifications

Strong financial acumen, including investment analysis, financial planning, and an understanding of business economics

Strategic planning skills with a focus on innovation and long-term growth

Experience in engineering, scientific research, technology, or business consulting is highly advantageous

Excellent communication and decision-making abilities

Collaborative mindset and ability to work within a leadership team remotely

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred

Proven experience in a leadership or shareholder role is beneficial
