Role : Software Engineer - ITSM
Experience : 3 to 5 years
Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)
Looking for candidates who are currently in a Career Break (preferably Female candidates)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Manage and improve IT service management processes following ITSM best practices and frameworks (such as ITIL).
- Oversee daily operations using ITSM tools like ServiceNow or BMC Remedy to ensure effective incident, problem, and change management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance IT service delivery and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for IT processes and service delivery frameworks.
- Monitor and report on service performance, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
- Handle communication with stakeholders to provide updates on incidents, changes, and service improvements.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of ITSM documentation and knowledge management.
Preferred Qualifications / Experience :
3-5 years of experience in IT service management, with strong knowledge of ITIL or other ITSM frameworks.Proficiency in ITSM tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar.Experience in incident management, problem management, and change management processes.Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.Experience with IT infrastructure and operations is a plus.ITIL or other relevant ITSM certifications are preferred.Candidates returning from a career break (preferably women)
