Role & Responsibilities :

1. Edit and assemble training videos—combine recorded footage, animations, graphics, and audio into engaging learning modules.

2. Work with instructional designers and animators to ensure videos align with learning objectives and storyboard requirements.

3. Integrate voiceovers, subtitles, and background music for clarity and learner engagement.

4. Apply branding elements such as intros, outros, and logo animations according to client or company standards.

5. Create short video teasers or promo cuts for social media or LMS previews.

6. Manage project files and version control to maintain organized and efficient workflows.

7. Collaborate closely with project managers to meet delivery deadlines and quality standards.

8. Stay updated on video trends and eLearning tools to improve production efficiency and storytelling impact.
