Litigation-Civil, Real Estate

Litigation Management :

Handle and oversee all civil and real estate litigation including suits writs arbitration and regulatory matters.

Draft review and vet pleadings written statements replies rejoinders and other court documents.

Liaise and coordinate with external counsels law firms and internal stakeholders.

Appear before courts tribunals RERA consumer forums and other judicial bodies as required.

Manage case strategies timelines and maintain updated litigation records.

Real Estate Legal Advisory :

Provide legal advice on property acquisitions leasing conveyancing title verification and due diligence .

Review and draft sale deeds lease agreements MoUs development agreements and related documents.

Advise on RERA compliance land use zoning laws and project approvals.

Regulatory & Compliance :

Ensure compliance with all applicable civil real estate and corporate laws .

Stay updated with amendments case laws and government notifications impacting real estate and civil litigation.

Strategic & Risk Management :

Evaluate litigation risks and develop strategies for effective dispute resolution and mitigation.

Advise management on potential legal exposures and provide actionable recommendations.
