(Urgent) SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

Job Role : SAP HCM Payroll consultant

Experience : 7 to 12 years

Location : Mumbai, Ahmedabad

Must Have :

• Should have knowledge on Effort Estimation, Change Management and Incident management.
• Integration knowledge with FI , ESS / MSS.
• Multiple implementation and support project experience
• SAP application Configuration, integration, testing and deployment
• SAP professionals design, Develop, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals.
• SAP HCM-OM,PA Consultants implement and deploy SAP HCM solutions. knowledge of Objects, Object Relationships, Custom Relationships, Info types, Info groups, Custom Info types, Employee Number Range, Third Party Application integration, Personal Area & Personal Sub Area Configuration, Employee Actions configuration & Custom Validations, etc.
• Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.
• Coordinate with the Stakeholders during requirement gathering of the client business processes
• Able to provide functional specs for custom requirements and developed reports, interface, enhancement, tools etc.
• Good Communication Skills
