At Upila Digital, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor cum Graphic Designer to join our Creative team. The role involves creating high-quality video assets and design creatives that support our performance marketing, brand campaigns, and digital communication requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos for Meta, YouTube, , and other campaign platforms.
- Create static creatives, brand assets, ad banners, carousels, and thumbnails aligned with campaign objectives.
- Develop simple motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects to enhance content quality.
- Use AI tools to enhance workflows — for editing, image enhancement, creative variations, and concept generation.
- Work closely with the Creative Lead, Content team, and Performance team to understand briefs and deliver high-impact outputs.
- Repurpose existing videos into reels, shorts, cutdowns, and performance-ready assets.
- Maintain brand consistency and follow visual guidelines across all creatives.
What We Expect
1–3 years of experience in video editing & graphic design (agency experience preferred).Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.Ability to translate briefs into compelling video stories and clean design layouts.Strong understanding of social-first formats, pacing, and platform best practices.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.A good aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and a strong creative mindset.Ability to create AI-assisted storyboards, concept art, variations, and quick mockups.Experience with 3D or AI animation tools is a plus.Why Join Upila?
