Senior Workday Data Conversion Analyst

Position : Sr. Workday Data Conversion Analyst

Experience : 10 Yrs and Above

Location : Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Kolkata

Must Have Technical / Functional Skills :

5-8 years of experience working with Workday Finance or other modules (reporting, analytics, or data management).

Strong knowledge of Workday Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Prism Analytics and accounting center).

Peoplesoft experience in data extraction and loading into workday through established conversion process

Hands-on experience with EIBs, calculated fields, and business process configuration.

Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools is a plus.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Manage data uploads, mass changes, and EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) as required.

Troubleshoot reporting and data issues, providing timely resolutions

Load Foundation Data model into prototype tenants for each iteration of the Implementation

Build robust data recon reports to ensure data loaded is reconciled with data provided

Develop, maintain, and optimize Workday reports, dashboards, and calculate fields across Finance and other modules.

Expertise in analyzing data load errors using iLoad and EIBs

Partner with HR, Finance, and IT teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.

Perform data validation, data audits, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
