Interview : Virtual, one round of interview

Notice : Only immediate joiners.

Location : Bangalore, Hybrid. Please check Karnataka, Tamilnadu or nearby location candidates only.

You'll win us over by :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ Years of Mendix development experience, relevant must be 3 yrs in Mendix
Mendix Advanced Developer certification (Expert certification is a strong plus).
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
Proficient in integrating Mendix with external systems via REST / SOAP APIs, web services, and third-party tools.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI / CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Mendix Cloud / Azure / AWS).
Solid understanding of database design, data modeling, and SQL.

You'll make a difference by :

Senior Mendix Development Projects : Oversee end-to-end delivery of Mendix applications, from requirement gathering through to deployment and support.

Architecture & Design : Define technical architecture, design scalable and performant Mendix applications, and integrate with external systems (REST / SOAP APIs, databases, etc.).

Team Leadership : Mentor junior developers, enforce best practices, and facilitate agile development workflows.

Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Quality Assurance : Ensure code quality, conduct code reviews, and implement unit and integration testing.

Performance Optimization : Monitor and improve application performance, maintain system health, and troubleshoot production issues.

Governance & Standards : Enforce Mendix development standards and contribute to the internal knowledge base and reusable component libraries.
