Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Executive located in Kolkata. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and financial record keeping. Tasks will include preparing financial statements, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The Accounts Executive will also assist in budgeting and forecasting, as well as coordinate audits with external auditors.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll Processing
• Experience in Financial Statements preparation and Financial Analysis
• Familiarity with Accounting Standards and Regulatory Compliance
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Forecasting
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Previous experience in the electrical manufacturing industry is a plus
