Referral & Resource Linkage : Connect clients with external services such as government schemes, rehabilitation programs, and legal aid.
Documentation & Reporting : Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports, ensure policy compliance, and maintain confidentiality of case records.
Crisis Intervention & Support : Provide emotional support, basic counselling, and handle emergency or distress cases efficiently.
Awareness & Sensitization Programs : Organize sessions on social issues, rights, and health while encouraging community participation.
Support Operational Goals : Assist in project implementation, monitoring & evaluation, impact assessments, and actively participate in planning and review meetings.
