E-commerce Platform Manager

Experience Required : Mandatory prior experience in Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, BigBasket Now, etc.)

About the Role We are looking for a highly driven Manager – Quick Commerce to lead and scale our presence across rapid-delivery platforms. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing business on quick commerce channels, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to drive growth through assortment, availability, promotions, and relationships.

Key Responsibilities Manage and grow business on all quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, BB Now, etc.).

Own P&L for the category / product portfolio across platforms.

Develop monthly and quarterly plans for sales, promotions, and marketing investments.

Maintain high fill rates by coordinating with supply chain, warehouse teams, and platform partners.

Drive platform visibility through paid promotions, events, and merchandising tools.

Track daily sales, out-of-stock issues, and competitor actions using platform dashboards.

Lead negotiations for margins, marketing spends, and visibility placements.

Expand assortment and ensure correct cataloging and pricing across platforms.

Work closely with operations and finance for billing, reconciliations, and claim management.

Build strong relationships with category managers and key platform stakeholders.

Analyze data to create growth strategies and drive decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience Mandatory : Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Quick Commerce (Blinkit / Instamart / Zepto / similar).

Strong understanding of platform algorithms, marketing tools, and category dynamics.

Excellent negotiation skills and business acumen.

Analytical mindset with strong Excel / Google Sheets proficiency.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
