Senior Snowflake Engineer

We are seeking a proactive Senior Snowflake Engineer to lead the migration of data solutions from SAP HANA to Snowflake. You will be responsible for designing and implementing Snowflake-based data architectures, developing and optimizing complex SQL queries, and utilizing Snowpark and DBT for data pipeline automation. This role requires strong expertise in the Snowflake ecosystem and a collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Lead the migration of SAP HANA-based solutions to Snowflake , ensuring a seamless transition and high data integrity.
• Design and implement Snowflake-based data architectures , optimizing for performance and scalability.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries , stored procedures, and data transformations within Snowflake.
• Utilize Snowpark for scalable data processing and transformations.
• Implement DBT (Data Build Tool) models for data pipeline automation and orchestration.
• Ensure efficient data integration across enterprise systems, including SAP HANA and Snowflake .
• Apply data warehousing best practices and enforce governance, security, and performance tuning in Snowflake.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to define data solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline and performance issues.
