Senior Site Reliability Engineer (C# / Python)

Entech is hiring a Senior Software Site Reliability Engineer (C# / Python) for a long-term remote opportunity with our client. You’ll ensure enterprise systems are reliable, scalable, and performant - driving improvements, leading SRE initiatives, and mentoring teams on best practices.

Requirements :

7+ years in SRE or similar roles

4+ years in software development (C# / Python; Java a plus)

Strong experience with Datadog

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

Proven troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills

Strong communication and collaboration with U.S.-based teams

Intermediate or higher English

Key Responsibilities :

Build & Optimize : Develop reliable, scalable SaaS solutions - preferably within one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, OCI, or GCP)

Reliability Leadership : Lead initiatives to improve uptime, performance, and operational efficiency

Monitoring & Observability : Implement metrics, logging, and alerting with tools like Datadog

CI / CD & Automation : Enhance pipelines using GitHub Actions, Terraform, Python, PowerShell, or similar tools

Incident Response : Manage incidents, lead root cause analysis, and drive proactive improvements

Mentorship : Promote SRE best practices and guide development teams
