Role 1. Fusion HCM Implementation Technical PM (Project Manager) : C1

1. The candidate should have more than 10 years experience in Oracle HCM domain

and should have managed at least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Projects as a

Project Manager

2. The candidate should have excellent client-facing and communication skills.

3. The candidate should have good experience in delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud projects

on-time, within scope and within budget.

3. The candidate should have good experience in defining project scope, goals, and

deliverables for a Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Project in collaboration with

senior management and project stakeholders.

4. The candidate should have good experience developing detailed project plans for

Oracle HCM Cloud Implementations.

5. The candidate should have good experience in managing multiple projects

simultaneously and meeting project deadlines.

6. The candidate should have good experience in coordinating with all stakeholders,

resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of Oracle HCM projects.

7. The candidate should have good experience in managing changes to the project

scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate techniques.

8. The candidate should have good experience in measuring project performance using

appropriate tools and techniques.

9. The candidate should have good experience in reporting project status to steering

committees and stakeholders and taking feedback.

10. The candidate should have good experience in and managing escalations as needed
