System Administrator

Working Hours : 11 : 30am - 9pm IST

Hybrid : 2-3 days in Bangalore office required

Requirements

Responsibilities :

• Provide hands-on IT support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues in both Windows and macOS systems, and escalating complex problems as needed
• Build, maintain, and administer on-premise and cloud infrastructure, including Microsoft Active Directory, AWS, and other cloud environments
• Manage and administer key services such as Office 365, Okta, Slack, MDM solutions, and phone systems
• Ensure the security and integrity of data, systems, and network infrastructure
• Proactively monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement preventative measures
• Contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry best practices
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives, collaborating effectively with colleagues across departments
