Role & Responsibilities :
- Posts job advertisements, uses databases, and leverages job portals / social media to find potential candidates.
- Reviews job applications and resumes to identify suitable candidates.
- Schedules and conducts interviews, coordinating with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintains candidate databases, keeps recruitment trackers updated.
- May assist in developing and executing initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.
