Job Description : -

We are looking for an experienced Oracle SCM Techno-Functional Consultant to support and enhance Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. The ideal candidate should have a strong blend of functional understanding and technical expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Fusion SCM modules, with proven experience in implementation, customization, and production support.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as a techno-functional expert for Oracle SCM modules including Purchasing (PO), Inventory (INV), Order Management (OM), Advanced Pricing, iProcurement, and Manufacturing (BOM / WIP).
  • Work with business users to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and design system solutions.
  • Develop and support customizations using PL / SQL, Forms, Reports (BI Publisher), Workflow, and Interfaces / APIs.
  • Configure SCM modules as per business requirements and ensure system alignment with business processes.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in collaboration with functional and technical teams.
  • Prepare functional and technical design documents, solution documents, and user guides.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end business processes.
  • Provide post-implementation and production support.

Must Have

  • Strong experience in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 or Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
  • Sound functional knowledge in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles.
  • Technical proficiency in SQL, PL / SQL, Reports (BI Publisher), Forms, OAF, and Interfaces.
  • Experience with RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
  • Hands-on experience in customizations, extensions, and data migration.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
