Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for our construction projects in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Responsibilities

Plan and oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and address any issues that arise during construction.
Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers and contractors.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

18-22 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.

Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.).

Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.

Knowledge of budgeting and financial management in construction projects.

Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively under pressure.
