Key Responsibilities
Dynamics 365 CE Development
- Configure, design, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 CE applications (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service).
- Develop CRM components including plugins, workflows, business rules, custom entities, forms, views, dashboards , and Power Automate flows .
- Implement CRM extensions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS , and CRM SDK.
Power Platform
Build and enhance Power Apps (Canvas & Model Driven) .Develop and manage Power Automate flows for business process automation.Use Data verse for data modeling and integration.Azure & Integration
Integrate D365 CE with external systems using Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, API Services, Webhooks, REST APIs .Work on Azure-based deployments, authentication, and identity management.System Enhancements & Support
Troubleshoot CRM issues and perform root cause analysis.Optimize D365 CE performance and ensure best practices.Support upgrades, deployments, and release management.Skills Required
