Experience Required :

Total IT Experience : 10+ years
Lead Experience : 2+ years as a technical lead
Generative AI Experience : 2 years

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GenAI Technical Lead to drive Generative AI initiatives across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, Django, AWS, and microservices, with hands-on experience in designing and deploying AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead AI initiatives within the account and across multiple projects.

Design, develop, and deploy RESTful APIs integrated with Generative AI solutions using Python and frameworks such as Django and FastAPI.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to identify, prioritize, and implement AI opportunities.

Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineers on leveraging CodeGen AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, PyCharm AI).

Stay current with the latest AI research, tools, technologies, and industry trends to ensure delivery of cutting-edge solutions.

Work effectively within AWS cloud platforms for AI solution development and deployment.

Demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills to drive business outcomes.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in Python, Django, FastAPI

Experience with AWS cloud services

Knowledge of Generative AI tools and frameworks, AWS Bedrock Models & OpenAI Models

Familiarity with Microservices architecture

Exposure to CodeGen AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, PyCharm AI
