Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and troubleshoot intricate H problems.
• Implement advanced configurations within any of the CLM (Icertis) platforms, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.
• Manage changes to the platform effectively, following established change management processes.
• Identify and resolve data integrity issues within the platform, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Troubleshoot complex data-related problems, applying deep knowledge of CLM (Icertis) data structures and processes.
• Provide advanced user guidance and support to internal stakeholders, exceeding basic user needs.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for CLM (Icertis) platform issues, and best practices.
• Buyer / Support / Manager updates
• Agreement Expiry date Updates.
• Notification Updates
• Create or Amend Help Text
• Removing the user from team in Notification
• Workflow Update § Create / Update Workflow approvals.
• Create / Update Rules

Preferred Certifications :

Icertis - ICI Administrator, ICI Practitioner, ICI Technical Professional, ICI Functional Professional, ICI Technical Architect, ICI Functional Architect, ICI AIML Technical Professional, ICI Project Manager.
