- Implement advanced configurations within any of the CLM (Icertis) platforms, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.
- Manage changes to the platform effectively, following established change management processes.
- Identify and resolve data integrity issues within the platform, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Troubleshoot complex data-related problems, applying deep knowledge of CLM (Icertis) data structures and processes.
- Provide advanced user guidance and support to internal stakeholders, exceeding basic user needs.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for CLM (Icertis) platform issues, and best practices.
- Buyer / Support / Manager updates
- Agreement Expiry date Updates.
- Notification Updates
- Create or Amend Help Text
- Removing the user from team in Notification
- Workflow Update § Create / Update Workflow approvals.
- Create / Update Rules
