Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive located in Mumbai, India. The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, providing excellent customer service, and handling communication with clients. This role also involves analyzing sales data, developing sales strategies, and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department.

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Strong Analytical skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Experience in the travel industry is MUST!
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, or related field
• Key Advantage : Experience in CIS countries is a plus
• Tour Coordination : Managing daily operations for FIT, group, and MICE tours.
• Supplier Coordination : Communicating with hotels, drivers, guides, and transport companies.
• Itinerary Management : Reviewing and confirming tour details, timings, and inclusions.
• Crisis Handling : Solving last-minute changes, delays, or service issues quickly.
• Document Preparation : Issuing vouchers, confirmations, invoices, and travel documents.
