About the Role
We are a deep-tech AI startup building AI-driven camera and perception platforms across Intelligent Video Surveillance, ADAS, and Industrial Automation. We are looking for a senior, hands-on Sales Leader who believes in building from zero to scale — not just managing an existing pipeline.
This role is purely equity-based in the initial phase and ideal for someone who wants to co-build a company, not just take a title.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end sales strategy for AI & Computer Vision–based solutions
- Build early enterprise and OEM relationships in Surveillance, Automotive (ADAS), and Industrial Automation
- Translate complex AI / CV technology into clear business value for customers
- Drive PoC Pilot Production customer journeys
- Shape pricing, GTM strategy, and partnership models
- Work closely with founders, product, and engineering teams
- Represent the company with customers, partners, investors, and ecosystem stakeholders
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of industry experience in B2B technology sales
- Strong exposure to AI, Computer Vision, Embedded Vision, or Perception Systems
- Experience selling to:
- System Integrators
- OEMs / Tier-1s
- Enterprises / Government / Smart City programs
- Solid understanding of startup ecosystem dynamics (early traction, limited resources, fast pivots)
- Comfortable with long sales cycles and technical selling
- Entrepreneurial mindset — builder, not just operator
