Role Overview :

As a Growth Executive , you will play a key role in expanding Nynii's reach by driving user acquisition, optimizing conversions, and forging meaningful partnerships. You'll work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to identify high-impact opportunities that help Nynii grow faster and smarter.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive user acquisition and engagement through both online and offline channels.
• Develop and execute local campaigns to onboard new users and service providers (maids, cooks, caregivers).
• Identify, pitch, and collaborate with brands, societies, and community groups for partnerships.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to improve campaign ROI.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor moves, and customer insights.
• Work closely with the digital and content teams to create growth-focused messaging.
• Optimize referral programs and other incentive-led acquisition strategies.
• Support event-based or hyperlocal activation drives to boost visibility and sign-ups.
• Ensure consistent reporting, goal tracking, and execution excellence across all initiatives.
